Responsibilities

  • Post and monitor job openings in ATS tools to manage selection processes and provide feedback to candidates;
  • Conduct active sourcing of professionals on platforms such as LinkedIn and technology communities;
  • Enter resumes into our talent database;
  • Track the stages of selection processes through to completion;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Support documentation review, hiring, and contract closure processes;
  • Assist management with HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting technology professionals, preferably for SAP roles and fiscal/tax solutions (Thomson Reuters);
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Experience with active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Infojobs;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences/stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
