About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Team Lead managing recruiting for Project & Development Services in India. Leading a team to enhance talent acquisition strategies and deliver key business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop top talent for succession and other roles
  • Maximize the performance of the leader and team
  • Liaise with business members to ensure partnership is meeting their demands
  • Employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies for recruiting
  • Support recruitment and development of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition community & JBS teams
  • Communicate with business line leaders to understand requirements and expectations

Requirements

  • At least 15+ years’ experience within talent supply chain, recruitment or executive search in Real Estate development/ Construction industry
  • Understand the different stages of the Talent Acquisition process
  • Comfortable working on mandates across all levels
  • Familiar in managing teams across multiple locations
  • Prior experience of the Real Estate industry, Construction or Engineering is a must
