About the role

  • Business Development Specialist enhancing local sales processes in a dynamic industrial services company. Responsible for building and improving a scalable sales organization across Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and expand sales structures and the ideal sales process at individual sites
  • Responsible for onboarding the sites and their new sales employees
  • Analyze the current state and derive appropriate measures; support and train colleagues on site with practical sales tools
  • Track implementation of the agreed measures and the achievement of milestones in cooperation with project management
  • Screen candidates and advise site management on hiring new sales staff at the locations
  • Establish and further develop structured sales controlling, including defining, tracking and analyzing key sales KPIs during the onboarding phase
  • Support the marketing team
  • Continuously optimize processes and sales tools in close collaboration with Product Management, Operational Excellence and Marketing
  • Promote exchange between sales representatives and sites to implement successful sales approaches

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales with a B2C focus
  • Experience in building and implementing sales structures
  • Enjoy working on site with corresponding travel activity
  • Sociable, empathetic, self-initiated and persuasive, able to establish sales processes on site and train employees
  • Strong communication skills and networking competence
  • Willingness to travel across Germany (valid driver's license, Class B)
  • Very good German language skills
