About the role

  • Business Development Representative researching and identifying potential restaurant customers across North America. Engaging in outbound prospecting campaigns to qualify leads and meet outreach targets.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential restaurant customers across Canada and United States.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt Sadie.
  • High output activity metrics to achieve targets.
  • Maintain detailed activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals.
  • Represent Sadie with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine understanding of the restaurant industry

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with operational and billing data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring clarity and organization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization.
  • Comfort communicating externally with customers when needed.
  • Organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented.
  • Curious, proactive, and improvement-focused.
  • **Preferred Qualification**
  • 1 to 3 years experience in research-focused SDR, lead generation or data enrichment roles
  • Strong research capability using public websites, directories and business databases
  • High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • Clear written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
