About the role

  • Sales position managing inbound leads for a healthtech startup in Munich, designing sales structures and participating in trade fairs. Engage with customers and deliver product presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build the sales structure as the second full-time sales hire.
  • Varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation to product presentations.
  • Manage inbound leads and MQLs; occasional cold outreach may be required.
  • Execute full end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstrations to contract closing.
  • Attend medical conferences and trade shows.
  • Identify and develop new lead channels and optimize existing ones.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for phone-based outreach and the ability to engage and persuade people.
  • Confident handling of stressful situations and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent German (C2).
  • Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate to Munich.
  • Experience in healthcare and sales (nice to have).
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot (nice to have).
