About the role

  • Business Development / Leasing Manager driving growth in property management for investment properties and HOAs. Overseeing leasing performance and managing a strong pipeline of leads in Boston market.

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, and close new property management contracts (investment properties + HOAs).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through outbound outreach and networking.
  • Oversee leasing performance for in-house units: ≤3% vacancy, ≤21 days on market.
  • Ensure listings go live within 48 hours of vacancy (pricing, photos, access setup).
  • Facilitate sales & leasing deals (buyers, sellers, tenants).

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, leasing, or sales (real estate or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and accountability to metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives on performance goals.
