About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for client acquisition through cold calling and consultative selling for IT services. Building relationships and managing outbound sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, cold calling, and consultative selling.
  • Generate net-new logos, opening doors with decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline targeting decision-makers.
  • Conduct needs-based discovery and present solutions in collaboration with teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and deal tracking in CRM.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline and performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience selling services or solutions (IT/MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
