About the role

  • Mediador(a) Acadêmico(a) EAD guiding students in their academic journey. Working with marketing courses supporting learning applications and student engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a knowledge mediator by guiding and engaging students.
  • Address academic and conceptual questions.
  • Provide guidance on assignments, deadlines, and use of the platform.
  • Support reading and interpretation of marketing metrics and frameworks.
  • Participate in forums, messaging, and synchronous/asynchronous support.
  • Take part in pedagogical training and alignment sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
  • Clear, didactic communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Postgraduate degree in the field (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching or educational experience in distance learning (EAD).
