Independently initiate contact with our existing customers
Proactively schedule appointments for consultations in our retail stores
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Provide telephone advice to customers on products, pricing, and the KIND consultation process
Work independently based on clearly defined targets
Requirements
Telemarketing experience is desirable; career changers are welcome
Availability of at least 25 hours per week
Enjoy structured, goal-oriented customer communication and performance- and results-oriented work
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive manner when dealing with customers
Comfortable both in customer support and active sales
Strong customer and service orientation and a high awareness of quality
