Marketing Intern role supporting brand activation within a dynamic FMCG environment at Kellanova. Assisting with marketing campaigns, budget management, and data analysis in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
Support Brand Activation Plans: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, helping bring brand strategies to life across channels.
Support Marketing Budget Management: Help manage the day‑to‑day marketing budget by creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining budget trackers, and supporting the onboarding of new marketing vendors with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate POS Materials: Support the coordination and delivery of point‑of‑sale materials, ensuring high‑quality execution that aligns with brand guidelines and reaches market with the right speed and impact.
Market Analysis – Track and Study Data: Analyse sales data, category trends, and brand performance to generate insights and draw clear conclusions.
Help the Regional Team: Assist with organizing internal events, product launches, in‑store activities, and other marketing initiatives, helping ensure activations run smoothly and deliver a strong brand presence.
Work with Other Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment, strong communication, and seamless execution across all stages of activation.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in both Polish and English
Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
Nielsen knowledge would be a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills
Previous internship experience or participation in study exchange programs preferred
