  • Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer at the British School of Nanjing. Managing the admissions journey for Korean families and representing the school in outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full admissions journey for Korean families—from first enquiry through to enrolment
  • Support wider admissions activities across the school
  • Build strong relationships within the Korean community
  • Generate new enquiries
  • Represent the school at events and outreach activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing or related roles
  • Experience using CRM or database systems
  • Experience in education or international schools is an advantage
  • Fluency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to balance administrative accuracy with proactive outreach
  • Warm, professional and service-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Culturally aware with understanding of Korean family expectations
  • Genuine interest in education and community engagement
