About the role

  • E-commerce Coordinator driving digital sales and team development for AZZAS 2154 fashion brand. Setting KPIs, optimizing channels, and leading market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor e-commerce KPIs and ensure sales through the brand's digital channel;
  • Monitor and build the commercial calendar, proposing actions to increase revenue and other performance indicators;
  • Ensure the design of strategies to meet targets across channels (media, website, app, and CRM);
  • Map and drive improvements to the digital product;
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and produce strategic recommendations;
  • Collaborate with the communications team to define campaigns and digital content;
  • Monitor competitors and market trends;
  • Manage the team and set priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of BI, CRM, or e-commerce;
  • Experience in team management and marketing automation tools;
  • Preferred: knowledge of programming, databases (SQL), and tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
