Responsibilities
Define and monitor e-commerce KPIs and ensure sales through the brand's digital channel;
Monitor and build the commercial calendar, proposing actions to increase revenue and other performance indicators;
Ensure the design of strategies to meet targets across channels (media, website, app, and CRM);
Map and drive improvements to the digital product;
Analyze data to identify opportunities and produce strategic recommendations;
Collaborate with the communications team to define campaigns and digital content;
Monitor competitors and market trends;
Manage the team and set priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields;
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of BI, CRM, or e-commerce;
Experience in team management and marketing automation tools;
Preferred: knowledge of programming, databases (SQL), and tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
