Intern supporting the execution of E-CRM and digital traffic strategies in a global beauty company. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand engagement and drive e-commerce performance.
Responsibilities
Support the deployment of the brand’s E-CRM strategy and ensure the smooth execution of campaign operations on a daily basis
Manage newsletters end-to-end: planning, briefs, asset coordination, QA and deployment
Propose and create engaging content (copy, visual elements, GIFs, videos) in line with the brand’s DNA
Prepare campaign guidelines and asset kits for local markets
Conduct competitive benchmarks and contribute ideas for the CRM content calendar
Analyze campaign performance and update reporting dashboards for internal teams and markets
Assist in planning and executing digital media campaigns to improve e-commerce performance
Coordinate deliverables and documentation for campaign launches with agencies and cross-functional teams
Help produce media-specific assets (Stories, GIFs, videos) in collaboration with creative teams
Implement and coordinate CRM strategies globally
Manage end-to-end newsletter campaigns for key markets (FR, US, UK, ES, DE, BR) and the Europe Hub
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business/Digital Marketing
Previous internship experience in digital, e-commerce or CRM is a plus
Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a plus
Curious, detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills and project coordination abilities
Passionate about luxury and fragrances; comfortable with digital and creative work
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines
Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus
Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Figma, etc.) appreciated
