About the role

  • Responsible for managing and developing client accounts, prospecting new business and strengthening relationships with active clients. Leads product introductions and supports high-complexity project execution while collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Commercial area, responsible for managing and developing the client portfolio.
  • Identify technical and business needs to present appropriate products and/or services.
  • Perform a consultative role focused on prospecting new clients and strengthening relationships with active accounts.
  • Introduce new products, monitor and execute high-complexity projects, and contribute to the definition of strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in Commercial, Consultative Sales, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience with the Monday platform for managing pipeline, opportunities, and commercial indicators.
  • Experience in corporate environments, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Ability to interact with technical teams and pre-sales.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes, negotiation, and contract closing.
