About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager driving sales and building relationships with strategic enterprise accounts in Gujarat. Representing Sophos, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, in consultative capacities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth across large, strategic enterprise accounts in Rest of Gujarat territory
  • Position end-to-end cybersecurity offerings including EDR, MDR, XDR, Firewall, SOC-as-a-Service, EASM, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security – not limited to point products
  • Build strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders to understand business challenges and drive value-based selling
  • Lead full sales cycle: from territory planning, demand generation, discovery, solution alignment, commercial closure, to long-term account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Engineering, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Channel Partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent the brand at industry events, customer briefings, and strategic forums

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience with proven success in large account selling in Gujarat territory
  • Minimum 3 years of extensive cybersecurity product/solution sales experience is mandatory
  • Experience in selling platform led security solutions, such as MDR/XDR, EDR suites, or integrated cloud/network security, not just point products like antivirus or basic firewalls
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and enterprise threat landscape
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and business acumen
  • Prior experience in Salesforce, PowerBI, Clari or similar tools
