About the role

  • Analista de Backoffice supporting Partnerships team at SolarGrid. Involves CRM maintenance, sales tracking, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Partnerships backoffice: supporting all partners by preparing proposals, partner onboarding/adhesion agreements, and commercial terms;
  • Preparing partner sales tracking reports;
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM (RD Station);
  • Updating the Partnerships Power BI with all partner data and sales results;
  • Reviewing partner sales and compensation reports;
  • Monitoring partners' payment stages with the Billing and Finance teams;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Distributed Generation (DG) regulation;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel;
  • Experience with Excel and general spreadsheet organization;
  • Experience with CRM (RD Station) and lead sourcing tool (Lusha);
