Responsibilities
Responsible for selling a comprehensive portfolio of services, including enterprise-wide concepts to improve laboratory productivity
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage and further develop existing contracts
Develop creative solutions to meet customer requirements
Generate new business opportunities and identify sales prospects
Work closely with the local Field Service organization, instrument sales teams, and other members of the service sales team
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
Ideally 1–2+ years of sales experience with proven success in Agilent’s markets or in enterprise services
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biopharma, and chemical analysis industries is an advantage
Motivation to structure daily work from a home office
Willingness to spend approximately 30% of time in the field advising our customers
Networking skills to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other IT systems
