About the role

  • Analista de Prospecção managing partner pipelines and alliances for leading software solutions company. Engaging potential partners through active prospecting to drive collaborative growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect potential partners and alliances (multichannel outbound: email, LinkedIn, phone);
  • Map target accounts by vertical/territory and build prioritized lists;
  • Conduct initial outreach in Portuguese and English, assessing fit, interest, and partnership hypotheses;
  • Qualify partners based on objective criteria (delivery capacity, expertise, coverage, commercial model, and portfolio alignment);
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Hunter/Farmer/GP and perform handovers with full context;
  • Ensure partner information is registered and updated in designated systems (CRM/Portal/registration workflow);
  • Maintain follow-up cadence and record history, next steps, and status;
  • Produce a standardized brief per partner (profile, fit, value thesis, and next steps) to accelerate evaluation and onboarding;

Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English (required) for prospecting, meetings, and written communication with international partners;
  • Proven experience in acquiring partners and strategic alliances, generating pipeline within B2B ecosystems;
  • Experience as an SDR/BDR in consultative B2B sales (outbound);
  • Strong command of cadences, qualification, and handover (pipeline hygiene);
  • Experience with CRM and disciplined record-keeping (activities, stages, next steps);
  • Clear communication, objectivity, and organization for a high-volume routine;
  • Experience with channel programs and ecosystems (VARs, BPO, Referral, system integrators, specialized consultancies);
  • Familiarity with co-sell/co-delivery models and demand generation via partners;
  • Experience in B2B/enterprise software companies and complex sales cycles;
  • Experience with PRM/partner portals and governance routines (cadence, reporting, SLAs);
  • Knowledge of regulated/vertical industries (e.g., compliance, quality, ESG, EAM, PPM);
