About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders
  • Own end-to-end talent strategy and execution for core engineering orgs
  • Build and calibrate high-performing, diverse talent pipelines
  • Drive executive-level recruiting engagements while maintaining candidate experience
  • Partner with People Ops, Compensation, and Finance to optimize hiring processes
  • Champion structured hiring practices for rigor and fairness
  • Mentor and uplevel fellow recruiters, sharing best practices

Requirements

  • Deep expertise recruiting across at least two domains: Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, or Hardware Engineering
  • Proven track record building technical organizations at growth-stage or high-impact technology companies
  • Ability to influence and advise at the executive level
  • Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring landscapes
  • Known for exceptional judgment, credibility, and follow-through
  • Experience mentoring recruiters and improving processes
  • Thoughtful communicator with strong business acumen
  • Blend of in-house and agency experience preferred
