Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization, from intake through offer and close
Partner directly with hiring managers and engineering leaders to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
Manage the complete candidate lifecycle in Lever (ATS), ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups
Personally conduct candidate screenings and coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, feedback collection, offer calls, and onboarding handoff
Actively source experienced technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build qualified pipelines
Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and market research
Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment, maintaining quality while moving quickly
Adjust sourcing approaches and execution plans to keep pace with high-volume, fast-moving hiring goals
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting high-volume, fast-growing teams
Strong understanding of technical roles, including programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering practices
Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction
Ability to be transparent, candid, and consultative with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
Experience thriving in an agile, rapidly changing environment
Skilled in conducting a range of interview types, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
