About the role

  • Technical Recruiter leading and scaling hiring across R&D organization at Filevine. Support for software engineering and product management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization, from intake through offer and close
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and engineering leaders to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Manage the complete candidate lifecycle in Lever (ATS), ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups
  • Personally conduct candidate screenings and coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, feedback collection, offer calls, and onboarding handoff
  • Actively source experienced technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build qualified pipelines
  • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and market research
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment, maintaining quality while moving quickly
  • Adjust sourcing approaches and execution plans to keep pace with high-volume, fast-moving hiring goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting high-volume, fast-growing teams
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, including programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering practices
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction
  • Ability to be transparent, candid, and consultative with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Experience thriving in an agile, rapidly changing environment
  • Skilled in conducting a range of interview types, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
