Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, business, or related field.
10+ years in complex B2B sales with full-cycle ownership and a strong track record in high-value, long-cycle deals.
Experience in defence, aerospace, energy, or other regulated industries (preferred).
Solid technical literacy; able to engage with engineering and understand specifications and system constraints.
Familiarity with defence procurement, contracting structures, and tender processes.
Strong stakeholder management across procurement, engineering, and programme teams.
