About the role

  • Learning Partner III responsible for leading training programs impacting organizational growth at Signet Jewelers. Collaborating with leadership on learning strategies to enhance performance and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of high-impact learning programs that drive business results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in instructional design, program facilitation, and organizational learning.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and provide learning solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
  • Develop advanced learning curricula, blended learning solutions, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of programs using data and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management for external partners, ensuring alignment with program goals, budget compliance, and service-level expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the Learning and Development field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Will also consider candidates with 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic program design and implementation.
  • Expertise in advanced instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale learning initiatives and delivering impactful training solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders to align learning programs with business strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to measure learning program effectiveness.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
