About the role

  • Talent Attraction Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. Focus on engaging and hiring talent for the Revenue side of Jobber's business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, and closing
  • Approach high-volume hiring with energy while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations and improve hiring practices
  • Leverage data to identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend improvements
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Advocate and coach on recruitment best practices
  • Strengthen employer brand by championing Jobber as a people-first workplace

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Track record of quality delivery across multiple roles and role types
  • Data-informed mindset and understanding of funnel metrics
  • Compelling communication style and creative sourcing approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills
