Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer relationships
Drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consult
Responsible for lead generation through to closure
Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives
Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth
Generate opportunities, drive them through to closure and expand existing work into larger scope and new capabilities
Own account P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure account compliance by acting with integrity
Requirements
5+ years of experience running account P&L
3+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing; Automotive; Chemical, Oil and Gas; Energy
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
May be required to travel up to 50%
