About the role

  • Customer Partner at Kyndryl managing relationships and driving growth in the Manufacturing & Energy sector. Requires deep industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer relationships
  • Drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consult
  • Responsible for lead generation through to closure
  • Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives
  • Ensure account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth
  • Generate opportunities, drive them through to closure and expand existing work into larger scope and new capabilities
  • Own account P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure account compliance by acting with integrity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing; Automotive; Chemical, Oil and Gas; Energy
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
  • May be required to travel up to 50%
