About the role

  • Managing Partner overseeing client leadership and growth within a global digital marketing agency. Requires strong experience in digital marketing and client-centric strategies for business success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships at the C-suite level
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges
  • Lead and win client pitches and cross-selling opportunities
  • Deliver budget and drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary escalation for all client issues
  • Guide and mentor team members within the Client Team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for client growth
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the Client Team
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery with target KPIs
  • Maintain open communication with the wider Croud business
  • Foster strong relationships across all internal teams
  • Champion Croud's values and culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape including paid media, SEO, social, and content
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client relationship management at senior levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L statements
  • A passion for digital marketing and proactive entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong strategic thinking and industry knowledge
  • Strong quantitative skills with mathematical and analytical mind
