  • Specialist experience in Benefits and Pensions
  • Proven track record developing and delivering benefit strategies
  • Experience leading benefits projects end-to-end
  • Experience supporting flexible benefits programmes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
