Responsibilities
Be the right-hand partner to business area leaders, acting as a consultant on leadership, structure, work climate, culture, performance and organization.
Lead regular rituals with heads, managers and coordinators, ensuring situational assessment, alignment of expectations and disciplined execution of People actions.
Map risks related to leadership, behavior, climate, performance or structure and propose concrete, measurable action plans.
Support leaders on sensitive topics (conflicts, low performance, succession, personnel movements).
Ensure the team has clarity on priorities, indicators (KPIs) and levers for improvement.
Be a reference in the use of People data and analytics.
Work integrally with Talent Acquisition, People Ops and Engagement on an end-to-end People Experience.
Identify process improvements and deliver scalable, governed People & Organizational Development (DHO) solutions.
Sustain the area’s cadences, rituals and deliveries with depth, ownership and leadership.
Requirements

Experience in leadership roles (coordination, management and/or C-level exposure).
Strong relationship skills and the ability to read the organizational environment.
Experience in technology companies, fintechs or startups.
