About the role
- You organize the timely placement and restocking of goods in your territory according to customer specifications
- Perform quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Handle complaint management
- Perform administrative tasks while working in the field
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Independent, customer- and employee-oriented way of working
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
- Act as a role model and motivate the team
- Valid Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
