Responsibilities
Location of work: São José do Rio Preto and surrounding region.
Residence required: São José do Rio Preto, Mirassol, Cedral, Guapiaçu, Bady Bassitt.
Identify and prospect new clients in the local market.
Present concrete solutions according to the customer's needs.
Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations through to closing.
Manage small accounts, ensuring profitability and achievement of targets.
Monitor continuous supply contracts (loyal customers) or on-demand agreements.
Provide excellent service from the initial approach through after-sales support.
Advise customers throughout the process, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify new applications and opportunities for product development.
Participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts.
Execute commercial planning according to marketing guidelines.
Monitor competitor actions and market trends, proposing strategic initiatives.
Operate in accordance with company standards, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Report business progress and results through analytical reports.
Monitor profitability and the agreed volumes for the accounts under your management.
Requirements
Required education: Higher education completed or in progress.
Experience in field/outside sales.
Sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of customer portfolio management, prospecting new clients, and after-sales support.
Valid driver's license (category B) and ability to drive.
Availability for occasional travel.
