About the role

  • Servicetechniker responsible for installation and maintenance of audiological equipment in stores. Collaborates with internal and external clients for technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Independent and responsible new installation and commissioning of audiological measurement equipment in our existing and newly opened specialty stores
  • Independent and responsible execution of metrological checks (MTK) and repairs of audiological measurement equipment for our specialty stores and for ENT practices
  • Telephone-based fault analysis and resolution of technical issues — for KIND internally as well as for external customers (remote access)
  • Nationwide deployments for the KIND audiometer service

Requirements

  • Strong willingness to learn and solid basic technical knowledge in electrical engineering / electronics
  • Ideally, experience with nationwide assignments
  • High willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
  • Confident handling of the Windows operating system, PC hardware and Office applications
  • Careful and structured working style, good self-organization and ability to work in a team
  • Confident, customer-oriented manner with excellent communication skills
