About the role

  • Recruiter managing end-to-end hiring process for EMEA gaming support roles such as Player Support and QA. Partnering with stakeholders to maintain talent pipelines and ensure positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across line of business (from sourcing to offer stage).
  • Conduct CV screening, interviews, competency evaluations, and coordinating succeeding interviews.
  • Lead high-volume recruitment drives for multiple project needs simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, events, referrals, communities, job boards, etc.).
  • Track, update, and maintain candidate records and reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates at all stages of the process.
  • Provide feedback and maintain a positive, highly professional recruitment experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide weekly hiring updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Advise managers on market availability, hiring bottlenecks, and process improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top gaming outsourcing employer.
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and online communities.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research for gaming roles across EMEA.
  • Monitor competitor hiring trends and talent availability.
  • Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities during scale-up phases.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Maintain dashboards, hiring trackers, and weekly reports with accuracy.
  • Support onboarding coordination when required.
  • Develop long-term relationships with universities and gaming communities.
  • Participate in internal culture and team-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in gaming, tech, or outsourcing.
  • Experience with high-volume / bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
  • Data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making.
