About the role

  • Lead the cross-functional planning and coordination of all aspects of launch including HCP and Consumer marketing
  • Work closely with internal leads in each functional area to gain alignment
  • Direct the design and execution of the commercial strategy and tactical planning
  • Oversee all key aspects of market understanding and promotion
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs in designing and executing communications activities
  • Establish credibility and build mutually respectful relationships with senior leadership in the US
  • Create, track and present launch readiness activities and key performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in marketing (or a similarly relevant field)
  • MBA / Advanced Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least five (5) years in strategic marketing roles
  • Experience leading and managing a cross-functional launch team
  • Strong knowledge and experience in creating a marketing strategy in line with business goals
  • Significant experience in creation of forecasts to budget management
  • Creativity in problem identification and resolution
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytic skills
