About the role

  • HR Business Partner supporting leaders through growth and change in a complex operational environment. Requires strategic input and hands-on delivery while ensuring fair people practices in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with senior leaders to support organisational performance, structure and capability
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and complex casework
  • Leading and supporting change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
  • Coaching leaders to build strong, accountable and engaged teams
  • Using people data and insight to influence decision making
  • Supporting performance, succession and leadership development initiatives
  • Ensuring policies, processes and practices are fair, compliant and applied consistently
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver group wide priorities

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast paced, operational or regulated environment
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence handling complex issues
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and working at leadership level
  • A practical, commercial mindset with the ability to balance people needs and business outcomes
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and regions
  • Relevant HR/CIPD qualification
