About the role
- Support in designing classroom-based trainings and digital training modules
- Pre-selection of suitable trainers and training providers
- Preparation of reports for quality and supplier management
- Maintenance of data on the learning platform
- Support in day-to-day operational tasks and current projects
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Education, Business Pedagogy, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in talent & people development and in designing workplace training programs
- High IT affinity and a structured way of working
- Good command of English
