About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs of professionals and managers through targeted needs analysis
  • Define learning content
  • Design and independently implement new training programs
  • Independently create training materials
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training processes
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate workshops

Requirements

  • University degree (Diploma or equivalent) in Educational Science/Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology
  • At least 3 years of experience delivering workshops and/or training
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong instructional design and methodological skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
