Requirements
- University degree (Diploma or equivalent) in Educational Science/Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology
- At least 3 years of experience delivering workshops and/or training
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong instructional design and methodological skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
