Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a PX Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable human resource capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and navigating fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Deep understanding of HR fundamentals including compensation, compliance, and performance management.
- Experience supporting scaling software organizations or background in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry.
