About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads for Convex, a ServiceTitan company. Focusing on scheduling product demonstrations and qualifying prospects through strategic conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling)
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives
  • Master sales methodology and technology to effectively manage daily activities and pipeline
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies
  • Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve sales skills

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of urgency, a results-oriented mindset, and a hunger for feedback
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude and eagerness to master new sales tools
