About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Elemica focusing on outbound sales to enterprise clients. Engaging prospects through strategic outreach in the B2B tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Vice President Sales, EMEA, the SDR is a critical front-line role responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Youll combine research, strategy, and communication skills to open doors with senior decision-makers.
  • Youll work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to identify high-potential prospects, engage them through personalized outreach, and position Elemica as the partner of choice for digital supply chain transformation.
  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Own the top of the sales funnel: build and manage a pipeline of outbound leads through targeted prospecting.
  • Research and identify key contacts within assigned accounts using AI tools like CoPilot.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video messages) with personalized and value-driven messaging.
  • Develop deep understanding of Elemicas solutions, supply chain trends, and buyer challenges to articulate a clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management & Collaboration: Qualify and convert high-quality meetings for Account Executives through thoughtful discovery and alignment.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns, and provide field intelligence.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in Salesforce tracking activity metrics, pipeline stages, and conversion performance.
  • Participate in stand-ups for pipeline reviews and team development sessions to continuously improve prospecting strategy.
  • Performance & Growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and outbound activity.
  • Take ownership of personal development through ongoing sales training, certification programs, and mentoring from senior sales leaders.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the teams outbound motion, messaging, and technology stack.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development role (preferably SaaS or enterprise technology)
  • Proven success in prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex value propositions to multiple personas
  • Skilled in using Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, or Groove), and research tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Preferred: Experience selling or prospecting into supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement functions
  • Understanding of digital transformation and SaaS business model
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
