Requirements
Several years of experience as a (Assistant) Front Office Manager or Head of Reception
Understanding of the finer points of the area — from smooth operations to outstanding guest service
Experience leading larger teams
Empathetic yet decisive
Strong communication skills: friendly and assertive
Strong organizational skills in complex situations
Conflict management skills
Technical skills & systems: hotel software (Sihot preferred) and reservation systems
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
