About the role

  • HR Business Partner strategically managing HR processes and supporting leadership at Creditreform. Delivering modern HR strategies focusing on employee development and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with managers, advising them on all HR-related and strategic matters and supporting them with workforce planning.
  • You develop and implement HR strategies that contribute directly to achieving the company’s objectives.
  • You design and manage employee development and talent management — for example through targeted training, coaching and succession planning.
  • You promote modern, partnership-oriented and service-focused HR practices.
  • You support managers in their personal and professional development and jointly drive sustainable leadership programs.
  • You take full ownership of cross-functional HR projects — from concept to successful implementation.
  • You actively support change processes and contribute to continuous organizational development.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a variety of HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent/people development, change management, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a high degree of empathy.
  • Experience in project management and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency with HR software and digital tools (Workday experience is an advantage).
