About the role

  • Account Manager focusing on major influencer clients in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and tech. Managing projects and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent, clear communication.
  • Understand client audience, business objectives and challenges, and ensure our work ladders up to these.
  • Manage expectations, pre-empt challenges, and provide solutions.
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time, to budget, and to a high standard
  • Support junior team members with guidance, feedback, and quality control.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and strategists to bring ideas to life.
  • Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines with precision.
  • Lead the narrative of PCAs, guiding the campaigns teams to feed in the most relevant and insightful data and insights for the client.
  • Spot opportunities for optimisation and upsell.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities with case studies, brainstorms, and pitches.
  • Stay up to date with social and influencer trends to ensure our recommendations are always innovative and relevant.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management within a social, influencer, or digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms
  • A confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with budgets and commercial targets.
  • Creative thinker who can spot opportunities and bring fresh ideas.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and ready to get stuck into the client's world
