Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for all personnel.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports and incident logs.
  • Provide guidance and support to site management regarding safety issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction safety or a similar role is highly desirable, along with relevant certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH.
