Responsibilities
Play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams
Build successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy impacting Supply Chain Network
Work closely with division HRBPS, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS)
Execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership
Effective organization and planning skills
Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
Ability to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)
Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
