About the role

  • HR Business Partner Manager guiding business leadership at CVS Health’s Supply Chain Network. Fostering relationships and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams
  • Build successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy impacting Supply Chain Network
  • Work closely with division HRBPS, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS)
  • Execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership
  • Effective organization and planning skills
  • Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
