Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Sales: First point of contact for prospects and active outreach to potential customers
Development & Automation of Sales Processes: Contribute to building efficient, digitally supported sales processes
CRM Maintenance: Structured recording and upkeep of customer data and tracking of sales activities
Customer Relationship Management: Support building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Sales Strategy & Training: Actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy, especially in the area of cybersecurity trainings and awareness offerings
Requirements
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a related field
Interest in sales, IT security, and digital business models
Independent, structured, and proactive working style
Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
Excellent German skills (C1+) and good English skills (at least B2)
