About the role

  • Global Loyalty Manager strategically managing customer loyalty programs under the Schaeffler REPXPERT brand. Leading projects and fostering virtual teams across regions for program success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically and operationally manage the global customer loyalty program under the Schaeffler REPXPERT brand.
  • Assume responsibility for monitoring and steering both performance and cost of the loyalty program across multiple regions.
  • Further increase the attractiveness of the program, including but not limited to establishing localized bonus shops in collaboration with central departments and regional teams.
  • Initiate and lead projects with both internal and external service providers, including planning, conceptualization, roadmap planning, and delivery.
  • Establish and foster a virtual team of regional and local loyalty managers.
  • Keep closely in touch with customers, users, and the activity of competitors to inform your activities.
  • Act as an evangelist for the loyalty program within the organization across product management, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a customer loyalty program with over 100,000 subscribers, ideally in a professional and/or industrial setting.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in project management, leading complex projects.
  • Used to defining and steering by key performance indicators, yet equipped with strong customer orientation.
  • Professional handling of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Affinity for automotive topics is desirable.
  • Fluency in English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid work permit for CZ mandatory
