About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of automated programme delivery approach, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
- Utilise digital tools and platforms to create, iterate, and manage programme plans, executive reporting status updates and dashboards, enabling real-time tracking of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide regular, data-driven progress updates to the Group Director and senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Proactively identify early warning indicators for triage and align cross-team activities to main a cohesive integrated programme direction.
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with the leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Lead and empower direct reports through clear objectives, coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme or delivery management, ideally within a complex, outcome-focused environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to navigate multiple project portfolios simultaneously across a complex team and organisational structure.
- Strong track record of designing and managing automated programme plans using digital tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint / OneDrive, Mural, Tableau, Power BI).
- Coding and development experience is a plus
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
