About the role

• Global Manager IT supporting Emsere’s growth by managing IT team, systems, and infrastructure. Leading IT operations and collaborating with teams and vendors while upholding compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, systems, and infrastructure.
• Provide support and lead IT operations.
• Maintain security and compliance.
• Collaborate and manage external vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT staff.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Senior System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role.
• Demonstrated experience managing Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments.
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration.
• Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management.
• In-depth understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
