About the role

  • Managing Client Solutions for Acosta, developing strategic client relationships and overseeing associates. Responsible for training, client interactions, and communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and implementation of Client Solutions Manager functions for selected key Clients.
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients, including representing Business Process Solutions at client meetings and acting as a clearinghouse for all client requests.
  • Train and mentor the Client Solutions associates on policies and procedures.
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Director, Client Solutions.
  • Assist Director, Client Solutions by assuming additional Client Solutions Manager responsibilities/special assignments as needed.
  • Manage a strategic client portfolio as an individual contributor.
  • Effectively communicates client information and requirements within the Business Process Solutions Organization; works with the Client Development team, where applicable.
  • Overall understanding of Business Process Solutions systems, processes, and procedures and knowledge of proper contacts within Business Process Solutions organization.
  • Ensures the smooth transition for new clients as they enter the operational phase.
  • Presents a single, consistent touchpoint to key clients.
  • Works to build a broad base of support within the client organization.
  • Supports the planning and ongoing needs for marketing / education and awareness materials, orientation planning and special campaigns.
  • Contributes to the development of new business by working with Sales and Business Managers in the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Customers, Clients and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of client Trade Promotion Management Systems
  • Actively support organizational goals and values; align actions around organizational goals; give priority to organizational needs and concerns when making decisions
  • Willing to set aside personal beliefs and assumptions while maintaining an objective point of view; keeps an open mind and listens to others thoughts and opinions
  • Conveys ideas clearly and succinctly; tailor the message to the audience; deliver the information in a manner that is accurate and compelling
  • Creates effective and compelling presentations; tailor message to the audience; makes effective use of visual aids and other presentation materials
