About the role
- Responsable Planification Matières Premières Laitières au sein de SODIAAL, construit et optimise le S&OP et PDP des matières premières laitières.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimization of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
- Lead improvement and transformation projects
- Lead weekly MPS (Master Production Schedule) meetings for dairy raw materials
- Coordinate planning trade-offs related to scheduled maintenance shutdowns
- Contribute to the enhancement of tools used by the Dairy Raw Materials Planning unit
Requirements
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline
- Degree from an agri‑food engineering school
- Minimum 7 years' proven experience in the dairy industry
- Good knowledge of milk fractionation
- Good knowledge of industrial processes
- Good knowledge of material flows
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Good understanding of plant operations
- Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
