Responsibilities
Work closely with branches to develop, drive & support activities to sell & produce services as well as ensuring customer loyalty
Implementing, providing guidance & supporting branches in working with Dedicated Customer Service standards
Implementing & managing Scania services applications/programs to assist with the development of workshop & customer support
Compiling & analysing financial & performance reports to develop strategies together with branches
Coaching, motivating & encouraging accountability in service teams to reach targets
Contributing in improvement activities based on a standardised working method
Requirements
Extensive experience in heavy vehicle/automotive retail service
Understanding of service/maintenance requirements for heavy vehicles
Familiar in the use of OEM applications
Experience in working with process and change management
A current Drivers Licence
